A week in photos
The week was bittersweet; the last few days spent mostly at home working on projects I really hope to share one day. Here's what my week looked like:
Monday: Snagged this beauty at a thrift store for a very affordable price.
Tuesday: Winter hit us with some cold, cold winds. I could barely move my face, hence the awkward smile.
Wednesday: A bag full of glass jars can mean one thing at our place. DIYs! We still need to get some more supplies before we can get started, but we're halfway there.
Thursday: So many little bees around. And I brought one back from the library, for my next book club meet. It's about two African women two cross paths twice, at different times in their lives. The synopsis is very mysterious, and hence, very intriguing.
Friday: A day spent home with work can be made so much more enjoyable with coffee. Dear coffee, my love for you is endless.
Saturday: Such pretty, glittery snow. The big sis was able to capture the sparkles on her phone.
The weekend was all about work, but it ended with some homemade peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies (a sister who bakes. What bliss!) and chocolate milk. Could I be any more relaxed?

My favourite! That shot of you and your coffee: perfection! And I really, really want your big sister to be my big sister.
